About Me

My Mission
Too many women, especially mothers, feel like they’ve lost themselves under the weight of stress, guilt, and the constant pressure to be everything for everyone. They know movement could help, but between exhaustion, lack of support, and feeling judged in traditional fitness spaces, it often feels out of reach.
I created this space because I believe every woman deserves to feel strong in her body, clear in her mind, and connected to who she truly is, without shame, pressure, or trying to fit into someone else’s idea of health.
With a background in fitness, social care, and mental health, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when movement is paired with compassion, mindset work, and community. This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space for women to heal, grow, and feel like themselves again, on their terms.
Feel better every day
Move in your way
Find yourself again

My Story
Hi, I’m Danielle. Over a decade ago, I was in a very dark place, struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and using anything I could to cope. I felt hopeless, but I had a young daughter who needed me. Losing a friend to suicide was a wake-up call that something had to change. On a whim, I signed up for the 5 Peaks Challenge, five mountains in three days to raise awareness for suicide prevention. I’d never climbed a mountain before, but training for it became a turning point. I found hiking, running, and movement, and they slowly helped me heal.
Years later, after my son was born, I struggled again with depression, anxiety, and finding time for myself. But once again, movement and community gave me the strength to rise. That’s when I knew this wasn’t just my story, it was my calling. I became a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Pre & Postnatal Coach. I also worked in social care, addiction services, domestic violence supports, and education, so I understand how trauma, stress, and mental health affect how we move, eat, and feel. I created this space because I was tired of women being left out of fitness or told to “bounce back” without real support. I believe health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Fitness isn’t punishment. And true strength is about so much more than how you look, it’s about how you feel.
Today, I run programmes, classes, and workshops that help women move their bodies, shift their mindsets, and rebuild their confidence, without guilt, shame, or pressure. If you feel like you’ve lost yourself, I want you to know this: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck. Together, we’ll move, grow, and rise.

Two kids, no time, but I stuck with it and got my energy back

What a 6 weeks it’s been! The change in both my body and mind has been incredible.
Before working with Danielle, I’d lost all motivation for the gym. I hadn’t lifted weights before, I was always into cardio , but now I’m lifting more than I ever imagined in such a short time. My strength has improved massively, and I’ve fallen back in love with training.
Danielle helped me understand how to enjoy food without guilt, stay consistent with just 2–3 gym sessions a week, and make progress even with a busy social life. The balance between workouts, home routines, and better nutrition made all the difference.
