Stacey's Story
When this client first reached out, she was feeling frustrated and stuck. She had tried everything, calorie counting, diets, different workout plans, but nothing ever seemed to work long term. “I’m a fussy eater and I love a late-night snack,” she said. “I didn’t think I could ever stick to anything.” She also wasn’t sure online coaching would work for her. But what she really wanted was to feel good in her body again, without having to give up everything she loved. So we focused on habits instead of restrictions. No calorie counting. No strict meal plans. Instead, we worked on mindful eating, choosing better foods, and training just 2–3 times per week. She still went to social events, still enjoyed her birthday weekend, and still made progress. The best part? She didn’t feel like she was giving anything up.
