Many new moms struggle to find time to move again after having a baby. With so much on your plate, your own needs can slip to the bottom of the list. And when you do have time, it’s hard to know what’s safe for postnatal recovery.
My Mammy & Me classes are gentle, postnatal-safe workouts designed for moms. You can bring your baby, toddler, or wobbler along, no childcare worries. Over 6 weeks, you’ll safely rebuild strength, boost energy, and connect with other moms who get it.

How do bookings work for Bootcamp and Mammy & Me classes?
Classes usually run in 6–8 week blocks to help you stay consistent and build progress. Occasionally, there are drop-in spots available, keep an eye on my socials or message me for availability.
Are the classes suitable for beginners or postnatal moms?
Yes! All classes include modifications for different fitness levels. For Mammy & Me, please ensure you’ve had your doctor’s clearance to resume exercise.
What should I bring to class?
Bring water, a small towel, and your energy, if you have them or want, your own mat. Some equipment is provided.
