Classes usually run in 6–8 week blocks to help you stay consistent and build progress. Occasionally, there are drop-in spots available, keep an eye on my socials or message me for availability.

Yes! All classes include modifications for different fitness levels. For Mammy & Me, please ensure you’ve had your doctor’s clearance to resume exercise.

Bring water, a small towel, and your energy, if you have them or want, your own mat. Some equipment is provided.
